Both my son and daughter are traveling back from my nephew's wedding in St Helen's today.
That must be the reason there's no cards, calls, etc.

Well I'm not a father, and I haven't seen mine for about 35 years.
So this day doesn't even register on my radar

My 3 aint mentioned it all day and I am glad. I loathe these fake shitty excuses to sell cards

Also thoughts with everyone who is thinking about their own dad who is no longer around. Mine hasn't be here since 1987 and fathers day always get's me thinking about him

I feel I should clarify it wasn't my actual dad, just a very significant comrade. Him and his wife were always like my(and others) anarcho parents to the extent that they came out to Greece for a family event. I never really realised what he meant to me until he'd gone

My condolences to those on the Forum whose Dads aren't around. I have to get cards for both my "step-dad" and my "real" dad. I know that really the day is just another way for card manufacturers to make money, but I still don't like to forget them! Mums have a special day, so why not dads too?
