I suspect that no one has brought a court case against anyone because they do not trust that they would be given a fair trial - my thoughts are that they also thus far do not have enough concrete evidence that would stand up to the sort of scrutiny involved in a trial of that sort - what they do have is conjecture and theories - there is a big difference between proving something you have first hand knowledge of and written evidence to back up such as the fraud case with royal adams and proving beyond all reasonable doubt that 9/11 was an inside job - I hasten to add that I am neither saying it was or it wasnt an inside job.
