New Japanese Copyright Law Could Make Youtube Illegal in Japan
This is fucked up. If this shit happens in Japan, you can bet the new world Bolsheviks running our western countries will pass similar policies.

The Japanese government has passed changes in the nation's copyright laws which pretty much make Youtube illegal. Come October, fair use will no longer be a part of copyright usage in Japan. The law does not take into account how the internet works. In order to watch any video over the net, your computer must at least temporary download the video so it will load in your browser. This new law pretty much shuts Youtube down in Japan. Again, the mainstream media has not reported on this.

so is it illegal to visit youtube or do youtube have to block to japenese ips.. i mean, is it a serious law

It's crazy! Music for example, getting any serious income by publishing music these days is fun of chosen few, and THE most effective way of getting known is by using internet and specially youtube! Japan has a huge population = huge market for music/movies what have you.... If they can't use youtube as a channel to find out about this stuff, all they have is msm channels, which suck big time!
