Ab's the whole tax cerdit thing confuses me

When are we all going to turn round to the government and say 'stop playing silly buggers' and if you encourage EMPLOYERS to pay a decent wage for the emploee's effort there would be no need for working tax credits

I'm personally of the opinion that so long as we have a monetary system then we will always have these issues just as we have for hundreds if not thousands of years.
It will take an evolutionary event rather than a revolutionary one to solve it.

We might see some improvements but thats only going to happen if a large group band together to sort themselves out in a similar scenario as mondragon for example and/or if govt prints its own treasury notes and gets rid of central banking and fractional reserve but again thats very unlikely seeing as thats crucial to the status quo.

Demonisation of the unemployed and immigrants is a classical example of pandering to people of very low intelligence, unfortunately a lot of people are in that bracket so it works very well, the daily mail relies on having a large number of idiots who actually buy the paper for example.

Actual money as an exchange mechanism is not necessarily a problem

I have a pig you have 3 bales of hay

how do we negotiate

Money actually promotes trade

The problem is charging interest , thats when it all goes beyond it's initial use as a method to swap and becomes a profit making entity

Its the standard programmed response Dawn.
The educational system and media have told you that story again and again all your life.

What if there was an abundance of everything anyone could ever want and then no need to trade anything anymore?
No need for so much crime, no need to stop and ask the question how do we afford this or that anymore.

You have to understand 1 basic fault of the standard monetary economic system, it promotes scarcity not abundance.

It's £13,000, although if you for example earned £12,000 and claimed WTC then you would get naff all. If you work 35 hours per week and get paid £7 or more and you haven't got kids then you're 'too well paid' to receive it.

That was an eye opener for me. I knew about pensions costing the most, but not to what degree the state subsidises wages.

It's the companies that are being subsidised, they are the true beneficiaries in this scheme, they pay less and keep more of the profits.

It's the companies that run your country, and have done for a very long time.

It shouldn't be so, but under the current system, it really is.
