Now I know some of you fine folk do not indulge with Facebook, but I do. I have networked with many like-minded people there and we have lively discussions.

But for some odd reason today, i have not been able to log into my account. i thought I would take a chance to ask someone here if they are having the same issue. This has never happened before.

My password does not seem to be working.

No log in troubles... although facebook seems to be running a bit slow and crashing a lot on my end.
My roommate has a similar problem with his password, sometimes he hits an extra key when typing...might that be it? Hell, maybe it's just facebook having some sort of PMS for websites

This probably isnt the same issue as you mountain, but facebook now seem to ask for a phone number in order to send an SMS code, to confirm the account. If you dont do that you are locked out...put the password in, nothing happens.

They did it to me a few hours ago, i made a page for Sanctum Zone and used it for about half an hour...

Then they locked me out until i give a phone number

I am now having issues logging into my Yahoo Messenger account as well. The Facebook problem suddenly vanished and now I can log in.

Oh well, hope I get everything sorted soon. And Novum, I checked out the wall of the group, very nice!

I am having issues with fb, the numbers rise for one! I want to add new people but I can't delete the 700 people that were mysteriously added, plus the homepage keeps kangaroo-jumping. someone suggested I look at my graphics card but I have no idea what that is!! could be the Opera I dunno ??

Bel - That's facebook for you... they like to play games, you gotta outsmart them and stay two steps ahead. Give 'em a good ole smack upside the head and then try deleting and adding again. The graphics card is like a microchip, it's a computer card inside of your computer (and it has software), like mine using ATI technology for the graphics - it's what handles the pictures and images, etc... that your computer displays on the screen. Might need to be updated or something maybe. I doubt it's Opera as that is just a browser, but you never know, can try disabling java and stuff in the options of the browser and see if that does anything to help. Good luck!
