Yep. A lot of people were cynical about the producers motives...saying he was just going for pure 'shock value' etc. But I personally think there is a message there.

Still, probably the most disturbing film I've ever seen though.

i didnt find it too shocking, from reading reviews vefore watching it, i expected much worse.

if you found it most disturbing, then dont watch "irreversible"

that movie made me feel worse inside than anything else.
