I did some Googling and found another forum post suggesting that the scanner was recording multiple radio transmissions. The topic poster even offered up the license plate for the other guys car. These two guys might not have any other link than that. I can't help being reminded of Robert Anton Wilson when talking about the number 23. If you look for something you can see it everywhere. So if you have this idea that there is a conspiracy or you think news media is always right or wrong or lazy or whatever then of course you will find everything that supports this idea. You will make sure to interpret things in a way that your original bias is supported.

Don't really see why that's relevent dubs, it's clear from this case that American Civilians will happily murder other American Civilians, in extremely barbaric, inhumane ways, do you not support the right of the government to use lethal force in order to stop an American Civilian killing another American Civilian?

It's not relevant gue, it's incidental. For the record I'm not suggesting that there is any connection between Waco and this tragedy.
I referred to it here because I think it necessary to bear in mind that the US gov has a verified track record of knowingly carrying out actions that lead to the death of innocent members of it's own society. That any perhaps justifiable disbelief of that should be considered and dealt with in a discussion such as this thread. That's all.

OK, I don't know if it's the subject matter, the time of year or something else but this thread seems to be bringing out extremes in people. I don't think I'd crack a smile forever if one of my kids was shot in the face, however I don't know how I'd react if one of my kids was shot in the face and cameras were thrust in front of me. And someone shot some kids, I don't think anyone is questioning that. If it is part of some conspiracy wouldn't half of the motive for such a conspiracy be to trigger raw emotions in people in order to polarise and divide and conquer?

It's not just this thread but it seems to be turned up to 11 in here. As far as I know all SZers are pretty much batting for the same side, just some with a straighter bat :P depending on which pavilion you are sat in.
