Ok, proper head scratcher now.

Afaik everyone should be able to post again but not PM. Atm the new group (regular posters) seems to be able to only have one or the other!)

The real mystery is how I fixed it. As far as I know I just put everyone back where they were before so they could post but not PM, the working PM seems to have followed. :dunno:
