But if you delete, rather than just inactivating, it cocks up every thread he's taken part in. Not to mention someone looking for each of the 2,282 posts to get rid of them. It's not practical, or fair to expect it to be done. (No offence intended to anybody). :(

I think being hesitant or refusing to delete someone is smart thinking you got there,considering the stressful situation most came from before being here, and time to gather their thoughts and reconsider their choice to delete is made available.
