It's not purposefully hiding anything it's putting things in the correct place. If you can't manage to understand that and choose to interpret it as hiding your post that is an issue for you to come to terms with. Other people can use their own discernment as to what the facts of the matter are.

Your 'I have a question' thread is in the community chest because it is a forum related question. It's of zero interest to anyone in general. It won't be getting moved from where it is.

If you can't understand why that is then you will need to try harder. I'm sure people here can grasp the reason for it being moved to that area of the forum.

I have communicated with you - I told you why you could and couldn't see the content (Login), I have told you the cause and the reason.

Yes. I am not the only one. Camelot forum has introduced it and members protested against behavior manipulation as they could see clearly the purpose behind it. Mods removed it. There was a number of smart people there.
The problem is that I don’t want to be log in but I want to make just a quick look. Is that difficult to understand it? Most members are just visitors and you may think hard why.

BTW, I have been a member on literature forum and history forum but there is not private section there. No needs to hide anything that should be said in private. They just may remove posts or threads. Business as usual but not needs for secrecy.

I've read the last few pages of this thread and there's something I'd like to say to you. My tuppence is that it's to your utmost credit that you are taking the opportunity to air your views on internet community structures and asking pertinent questions of this forum. I approach the topic from what appears to be a similar angle to yourself. My experience of posting on numerous public forums is that most are at least questionable. Some are down right hateful.

At this point I'm in an odd position of being in agreement with the majority of the word's you write and then disappointed that their essence is obscured by the remaining few "other" words. Those few being the one's concerned with social interaction. Don't get me wrong, others too seem to be using similar "other" words.

I think you've got a lot to offer the community here and that it has a lot to offer you. I don't think that the way this current conversation is going is doing anything to nurture that. It's not your fault, others have chipped in to that sadness.

Can we all take a breath and either agree to disagree or at least remember our use of those unimportant "other" words please?
