Does everybody have a specific scheduled time they visit the bog?

If I'm in full-time employment(I was back in the day!) I do, and it's never in dinner or break time! :D

They've monitored time spent on toilet breaks for years in call centres. A lot of the dialler systems require that you put it on hold so that you can't get connections while not able to deal with them, so people have to input a reason code, such as updating notes, or going to the bathroom. Then officious prats can assess how much time people have spent doing these specific things, and criticise them for it.

How much time do officious prats waste when assessing how much time people have spent doing these specific things, and criticising them for it?

The funny thing is that sometimes, they have no understanding of what they're looking at.

When I was auditing a few years back I used to love upsetting them whenever possible, by sweetly pointing out, for eg, how they were spending considerable time (and I'd tell them to the nearest second) misinterpreting the data on their latest costly system purchased to monitor people's performance. They'd be threatening people with disciplinary action & all sorts, where it was entirely unwarranted.

Tossers!

The problem I found with that (I'd also often go to the bog just to escape the mind numbing tedium) was that the bog fucking stank!
But I'd never have fixed times...
