So where is the problem in saying if you want to have these facilities you should contribute?

No problem at all there, all libertarians are happy with paying for stuff.
What you should have asked about is price and quality of service, libertarians take issue with the state providing something that the people can provide for themselves, either as a privatised service (not via govt approved contractors but via normal competitive business) or my own personal favourite which is syndicalist community services recycling money within the community itself.
The reason why libertarians don't like state services is because the state is corrupt and the services get worse as time goes on and/or they privatise the services but still charge taxes for these services that have disappeared, I could cite many examples of this, such as the move from rates to council tax and bin charges and water on top where it wasn't there before.
Also if government cannot take on the most important responsibility it has (printing money at 0% interest) then it has no lawful leg to stand on when it comes to charging taxes because it has submitted itself to debt with reason to do so other than to obey their masters. Again a prime example of the corruption inherent.
I agree with reptired's view in this 100% however I differ when it comes to how those services should be alternately provided, I do not believe in letting the so called 'free market' provide because it does not work for all as state is no longer the sole point of corruption and messing with the economy, banks play an even bigger role than the state now because they are masters of the state, seeing as the only workable model for the people is something like mondragon then that is what I support, so I am a 'libertarian-socialist' or 'anarcho-syndicalist' I'm definitely NOT anarcho-capitalist or american style laissez faire libertarian although I would agree with them on many points, I go the extra mile when it comes to societal organisation which they seem to overlook altogether and bundle in with this 'free market' thats not a free market lol. Its asinine to assume all people can be catered for under such a system with no governance of some sort, anarcho-syndicalism provides the government via the community, using its own money in a recycled manner, preventing the state from taxing them and providing their own services free of state corruption and involvement, this is why Spain calls the Basque people 'terrorists' or 'Basque separatists', they just will not leave them alone, mondragon remains the greatest threat to the powers that be so to speak because it is an incredibly powerful form of peaceful disobedience.
