The yanks, they hve the most sophisticated hardware going, they have the experience of waging war all over the world. There command and control is far more experienced and light years ahead of the Russians and Chinese.

Why would the Chinese and Russians get involved in backing Iran in a war when they have no interest except for selling weapons systems to them, which could result in the decimation of there countries ?

Not saying the yanks will not also take a major hit on the cities as well.

Its about conventional war not turning into a nuclear nitemare, and that is what will happen. Lets say for instance 100million chinks decide to march on Europe. Thats a lot of fucking people and weapons. "Nobody" attacked Iran's nuclear facility with a computer virus; I've heard it was Israel, I've heard it was us - whatever.

And just recently our domestic pipeline network was hacked. Authorities say the source was traced to China. Maybe it the was Chinese, maybe it was a sophisticated masking program making it appear to be based in China. Maybe the Russians are pissed about our missile sites in East Europe, recently making the statement that they will act in accordance to their needs, when and if required.

So, when "nobody" does it to Iran (or others) it's OK, but when it's done to us it's a heinous crime, an attack perpetrated by evil-doers.....or, could it possibly be retaliation? A bit of tit for tat?

As far as avoiding nuclear devices, evidence has been garnered that the US military has been using DU devices in the ME. (and, evidently, elsewhere for a little while that I'm aware of)

The other guys use bad things in war, or police actions, or escalated diplomatic approaches, as well. It's just not right.

Nobody's an angel, but as my father said on 9-11 when I was finally able to get a call through to him, "Well, I guess somebody's tired of us being the playground bully". I still have my suspicions about that day - but that's another thread.

And BTW, what's this rumor about Israel laundering bombs and plutonium enhancement things through other countries ultimately bound for Iran? Anyone heard that rumor?

There will NEVER be a war with Iran EVER....

1 Big population.

2 Not desert, Forests, Mountains and even snow.

3 Modern weaponry.

4 Shitload of martyrs that will travel from around the globe to fight, like iran/iraq war.

5 Not arabs, So their military doctrine is flexible.

The amount of manpower to launch a ground invasion against a military that's 2nd tier but more importantly a hostile civilian population, who would be armed is a a nightmare. The Yanks would not get a multi national force together for it, as many Governments learned after Iraq that implementing a new regime comes with costs.

Air strikes and possible Special Forces raids are an option, but then how will the Iranians react ?
Hezbollah will certainly launch strikes against Israel and tbh every Muslim fundi will be taking action against US/Israel/NATO/Western targets soft or hard as the opportunity presents itself.The Iranians will have sleeper cells/ or active service units ready for this event, after all they must have read the DI forums and many others predicting an attack on Iran every fucking week

Iran has certain modern weapons systems but if you think they are a match for any western/US systems you or anybody else is mistaken.

Remember the Iranians saying any shipping in the Persian Gulf especially military must ask permission to be there or be sunk. PMSL.Think they got carried away with the thought of the flying boats
There is a huge exercise going on atm with US/NATO warships and aircraft in the gulf, that says it all.

I apologize, Daavid1, for the lack of clarity in my previous post. I italicized and quoted 'nobody' to emphasize that somebody hacked Iran, and I lean toward either us or Israel. USA and Israel accused each other but neither took responsibility (officially that is, could well have been a joint effort), but certainly someone did and many feel it was one or the other.

Of course Iran are no match militarily for western powers...but then again they don't need to win, They just need to kill as many invaders as possible...to crack western public opinion which they are more than capable of doing.
